Loggia was founded in 2022, built by a team that had spent fifteen years in the field handling viewings, listings, and client follow-ups. We knew the frustration firsthand: tools designed for large groups, never for the daily reality of a local agency.

We started with a simple spreadsheet to track listings, shared with three pilot agencies in Bordeaux. Two years later, more than 200 agencies use Loggia every day to manage their listings, viewings, and reports.

Our belief hasn’t changed: the best software is the one you forget about, because it does the invisible work while you’re in the field with your clients.
