Using Loggia

You may use Loggia to manage listings, viewings, and client communications for your real estate agency. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

Account Responsibilities

Keep your login credentials secure, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account.

Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

Don’t use Loggia to store or share unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or resell access without our agreement.

Intellectual Property

Loggia and its underlying technology belong to us. The data you upload about your listings and clients belongs to you.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Loggia is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the product.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll let you know about material changes.
